Type: Minimum POSITIVE type is 4 pt. (sans serif). Minimum REVERSE type is 6 pt. (For reverse print, the bolder the style, the better the reproduction.) If reversed-out type is used in a four-color process area, the type should have a solid stroke around it of at least 1 pt.

Image Area: Maintain .125" margin from dieline for copy and graphics. Colors may bleed if a common color is on all sides of tag.

Color
Specifications: 		Printing can be done in spot color or four-color process. (Spot color is preferred) We print a maximum of nine colors - includes both sides of tag. Specify required PMS numbers on spot color artwork.

Screens/Tints/
Gradients: 		Screens may range from 100% to a minimum of 3%. We print most screen tints and process print at 120 lines per inch.

Lines/Rules: Minimum POSITIVE line gauge is .3 pt.
Minimum REVERSE line gauge is 1 pt.

Trapping: Adjoining colors must overlap (or trap) .015". Holding lines should be a minimum thickness of 1 pt. for registration. (A "holding line" is placed around certain art/type that is made up of two or more colors printing over each other. This line helps hide any mis-registration.) We will do the trapping of colors at the time of platemaking.
