As specified in our dielines, art/copy has to be .125" (3.175mm) from the edge of the tag.
Color can bleed if it is a common color or seamless pattern from tag to tag.

With our machine cut tolerance of
+/-.0468" (1.188mm), you would
see a part of the adjoining tag.
