| Type: |
Minimum POSITIVE type is 4 pt.(sans serif); 6 pt.(serif) Minimum REVERSE type is 6 pt.(sans serif); 8 pt.(serif) For reverse print, the bolder the style, the better the reproduction. Multi-color type made with process colors must be limited to 3 colors. |

| Image Area: |
Maintain .125" margin from dieline for copy and graphics. Colors may bleed if a common color is on all sides of tag. |

|
|
| Color Specifications: |
Printing can be done in spot color or 4-color process. We print a maximum of nine stations per side. Specify required PMS numbers on spot color artwork. Specialty inks are available on request |

|
|
| Screens/Tints/Gradients: |
Screens may range from 100% to a minimum of 3%. We print most screen tints and process print at 150 line screen. Some designs may require a lower line screen. |

|
|
| Lines/Rules: |
Minimum POSITIVE line rule is .3 pt/.004" Minimum REVERSE line rule is .75 pt/.010" |

|
| Trapping: |
Holding lines should be a minimum thickness of 1 pt. for registration. (A "holding line" is placed around certain art/type that is made up of two or more colors printing over each other. This line helps hide any mis-registration.) We will do the trapping of colors at the time of platemaking. |

|
|
| Color Proofs: |
PDF files are emailed for initial layout approval. Custom color proofs are available on request at an additional charge. |
