Flexo printed tags with solid color backgrounds require a seam print plate or a continuous sleeve (also known as laser engraved sleeve) for total ink coverage.

Seam print plates are visible in the ink coverage at the beginning or end of every repeat length (i.e. every 12", 304.8mm). Continuous sleeves show uninterruped ink coverage.
